LZBW1 - Compression tool (by Bruno Wyttenbach)

Obsolete, please test my new compressor : stz

LZBW1 is a fast compression tool based on LZP2 algorithm.
Compression ratio are improved with a little impact on encoding/decoding speed.

This is the first public release with no known bug at this time.

Thancks to Yann Collet for his website and to learn to me about compression algorithms.
