Zhuff - fast compression

Zhuff is a compression software designed for speed.
It is an LZSS + Huffman compressor, similar in principles to Zip.
However, Zhuff is typically 3 to 4 times faster than Zip fastest mode.
Schematically, it consists of LZ4 & Huff0 merged together.

- Note 1 : this version requires Microsoft Runtime Libraries installed on your computer
- Note 2 : if you don't want to install MS Runtime, you can use this version of Zhuff instead, which does not require them
